Join Devon Thai Massage for a day of rocking and rolling, understanding the basic principles of Thai Massage while weaving osteopathic-inspired techniques and oscillatory and harmonic movements into the traditional art of Thai Massage. For the receiver, this rhythmical practice encourages free flow of energy and fluid through the body, releasing blockages and stagnant energy held deep in the soft fascial tissues and joints.
For the practitioner this way of working is playful and creative encouraging more fluid transitions between the postures and techniques.
Participants should have some experience of Massage.
The course will take place at the Estuary Clinic in Topsham. Just 8 places available.
